I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Kumarakom. The hotel’s location was perfect, right in the center of the city with greenery all around. Not only was it close to the main market, but it also offered beautiful views from the balcony in the rooms. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail. The rooms themselves were spacious and had reasonable facilities. One standout feature was the wide range of delicious food options, especially the complimentary breakfast.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main market area, making it easy to access for shopping and exploring. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding views. The staff is friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. the breakfast served at the hotel is delicious and the service is quick.
The hotel lacks Wi-Fi connectivity, which may be a downside for guests who require internet access during their stay.

This hotel really impressed me with its value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality of the service and the attention to detail. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city with greenery all around. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the basic amenities you would need. I especially loved the rooms with the balcony, offering a great view of the outside greenery. The staff was friendly and courteous, always willing to assist with any requests. The highlight of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, which had a wide range of delicious food, including a pleasant surprise of oats porridge.
Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

Spent my Xmas here and had a great time! The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. Loved the stunning view of the hills from the balcony while sipping my morning tea. The location was also great, with easy access to the market and nearby attractions. Best part? The staff was friendly, warm, and made my stay even more enjoyable.
Though the food was good, the service could have been better. I had to wait longer than expected to be served and the waiters seemed to be doing everything on their own.

It was an amazing weekend! We had the chance to stay at a hotel located just a short Tuk Tuk ride away from a beautiful lake, making it a key location for those who want to enjoy nature. The hotel had airy and spacious rooms with nice interiors, making it a comfortable stay. A buffet breakfast with a range of Keralan fare provided us with all the energy we needed to start our day. On top of that, the hotel was close to a spice market, which was great for us, as we enjoyed strolling around and checking out the local products.
There were also some negative aspects to our stay. The hotel was undergoing renovations, which resulted in power failures and a lot of noise.
